TS Rigging holds the more common gauges and configurations (1x19, 7x7, 7x19) of marine grade stainless steel wire in stock, together with typical end fittings. We can also source more exotic wire types and sizes and end fittings quickly and economically.
We can travel to your boat, but have also had great success with “re-rigs-by-post”; owners remove and send us their rigging, well labelled, and we then replace and return it to them, usually within 72 hours.
TS Rigging has worked with most of the leading brands in roller furling. As well as fitting and refurbishment, we can supply new systems. TS Rigging has a close working relationship with Sailspar and also with Furlex. We provide a troubleshooting service for furling gear and are experienced in solving problems with halyard wrap, binding and luff tension.
We are able to come to your vessel to carry out a visual rig inspection and report whether this be mast ashore or still stepped.
We can also carry out a rig tension once your mast is stepped and the vessel back afloat.
Choices now available in 3-strand, braid-on-braid and in specialist materials (including Kevlar and Dyneema) for sheets, halyards and control lines.
Most end fittings for sheets and halyards can be obtained quickly and at a good price and we can advise and supply you with suitable blocks and deck fittings as well.
We can splice a wide range of lines, anything from a continuous furling line to a Dyneema Brummel to 24 plait. – put us to the test!
